(More photographs to come July 9). Apartment 3 of 2743 Saint Paul St is the top floor of a row home. The bedrooms are large and well lit. The kitchen is narrow, but it opens onto a cozy living area with a balcony and it is easy to clean and to cook... for two or three. The living area has a couch, an armchair with footrest, a dining table that seats 6 along with 5 chairs (of different origins), an electric piano, and a fairly large television. The apartment includes a guest room/study, which you would be welcome to occasionally offer to guests of your own. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. I live in the bedroom that occupies the corner turret of the building, and I am listing the central bedroom, which is similarly large but more conventionally rectangular in shape. It has a wardrobe directly opposite in the hallway, some built-in bookshelves, and plenty of floor and wall space. It is not furnished, although I have an additional desk. This room is well-insulated and is easy to keep warm in the winter with the electric baseboard heaters (the turret bedroom is a little harder to keep warm).
