-Available June 1st for a 1-year lease with option to renew.
-Possibility of buying from the previous tenants.

Room 3 ($750 + utilities):
-Entire bottom level basement room with full bathroom.
-Convenient access to washer/dryer.
-Ample privacy and room for a home office.
-Available June 1st for a 1-year lease with option to renew.
-Possibility of buying from the previous tenants.

Amenities: in-unit washer/dryer, central A/C, fully furnished common areas, TV with entertainment subscriptions, exposed brick, rooftop deck, dishwasher, and more!

We are two easy going and communicative women (mid 20s young professional and early 30s PhD student). Prefer female roommates, but LGBTQIA+ friendly. The house is less than 15 min walk to Hopkins hospital/ East Baltimore campus and ~7 min walk to waterfront Fells Point, Patterson Park, and social scenes (restaurants and bars). We enjoy amazing views of the city on the rooftop deck. Landlord doesn't allow pets, sorry!

Previous roommates are moving out because of Hopkins graduation and getting a job in a new city. Let me know if you’d like to check out the house!
