327 E University Triplex (Sublet / Shared Housing)

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate in a basement unit at 327 E University Pkwy, Baltimore, unit #B

It's a cozy little spot. Two bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Washer and dryer in the apartment that's just ours. Oven, fridge, microwave included, but... no dishwasher.

The unit is unfurnished but I've mostly furnished the common areas. You'll want to bring a bed and other bedroom stuff for yourself. I'm meaning to get a couch for the living room but waiting for help to move one in. Both bedrooms have AC units in the windows. You'll notice I have a few boxes to finish unpacking in one photo, those will be taken care of. I'll also make room for your stuff in the bathroom. Kind of just spread all my stuff out while unpacking but of course we can split each shared area between us.

While the lease is in my name, we will basically split rent and utilities in half between us. Rent is $1400, so $700 each. Internet is $60, so $30 each. Landlord handles the water, and there's no gas to pay for. I'm not sure how much electricity will be yet; haven't gotten the first bill yet.

I have a small chihuahua who is very friendly and social. Itch his back and he'll love you forever.

I've only met one of the neighbors so far but they seem nice. It's on University Parkway, which is kind of a busy street, but otherwise the area is pretty quiet. Really close to campus which is nice. Parking is available on the street out front but you do need to get a parking permit from the city. I think it was around $20/month.

As far as I know pets are allowed, but we'd have to double check with the landlord before move-in for additional ones. Will also need to make sure they get along with my dog.
