Responsive Maintenance The maintenance team at Arrive Federal Hill is awesome. Repairs/replacement of filters etc are always done in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Light bulbs Maintenance put in the wrong color bulbs. I asked for warm and it’s way too bright

I lived at Arrive Federal Hill over five years and it has been a fantastic experience. The apartments are modern, with great natural light. Management is proactive, any maintenance requests I have submitted were handled within a day or two quickly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress free living experience.
