Dog mess EVERYWHERE. LAZY Maintenance.
Takes months to address a problem in my experience, example my ac.
May not renew contract.
If dog poo problem is dealt with or at least a little more effort than those lame notices I’m gone.
Not even complaining about the mice. (one cat problem fixed)
Again LAZY LAZY LAZY MAINTENANCE TEAM. It’s like they gotta drag themselves to help.

There is a group of teenagers who run this complex. In a daily basis they break into homes, hurt people, damage cars, etc.. seriously. Add this neighborhood to your ring app for 5 minutes and look for yourself. Management does not care. They won’t hire security, they will not add security features such as security cameras to any areas. The residents are not safe. Do not move here.

Could be better

I am here for a few more months and will relocate someplace else. It has it pros and cons.
Pros- close to my job, good location to nearby shopping centers and restaurants. The rooms are not that bad.
Cons- maintenance is very difficult to get ahold of. I have to walk to the their office to get their attention. Police in the community reporting to theft, couple cases of domestic violence and couple serious crimes.
Don’t feel safe. However, a good place if you don’t have anywhere to go.

Awful Place

This place is awful you call and call for maintenance it hard to get someone to answer or return your calls. When my air conditioner for a week didn't work I couldn't even get loners. I have to buy my own and they lied and said in an email that they provide them. The air doesnt come upstairs. You can walk around the neighborhood and see multiply units with a/c units in there property when you pay for a/c.

Great Neighborhood

This neighborhood is quiet & secluded. The neighbors are friendly. The ladies at the rental office are friendly, and always ready to assist. Aviva , made this process so easy for my family & I as we had to make a last minute unexpected move. Maintenance is prompt. So glad I chose Commons at white marsh! I highly recommend!
