The home is in a very convenient location a few blocks from the Shot Tower Metro stop, with easy access to I-83 and I-95. It’s well suited for students, medical trainees, or university staff commuting to Johns Hopkins Medical, Homewood, or Business campuses, with downtown also within walking distance.
Everyday needs are close by, including a 5-minute walk to Whole Foods, the Maryland Athletic Club, and Harbor East. Little Italy is just a 2-minute walk away with restaurants and cafes, and the Inner Harbor is nearby for outdoor space and walks. The Charm City Circulator is also right around the corner for easy transit.
The household is generally quiet and low-key, especially during the week, and works well for people with busy schedules who still want a comfortable and friendly living environment.
Please note there is a cat in the home. She is friendly with people but does not do well with other animals.
