Owner occupants are an American couple; wife retired after 33 years at JHU... and has rented to JHU visitors from 24 different countries over 30 years.
o The first-floor "Lilac" bedroom is 12'x19' with a double bed, dressers, desk, desk chair, reading chair and clothes rack for a clothes. ($800/mo, $400 sec dep) One person only; no couples. (Occupied)
o The second-floor "South" bedroom is 12'x15' with windows on three sides. It has a twin bed, desk, desk chair, reading chair, closet and cupboard for clothes. One person only; no couples. ($600/mo, $300 sec dep, available Aug 1, 2026)
o Downstairs powder room and shower room are shared by the two tenants.
o Kitchen, Dining Room, and Laundry area are shared by all house occupants.
o The house has window air conditioning and radiator heat.
o Rent includes all utilities (water, heat, trash, recycling, internet) and twice monthly cleaning of common areas. Sec deposit is 1/2 of last month's rent. 30 day notice is required for leaving.
o 1 mi to JHU Homewood, 3 miles to JHU SOM, SON, BSPH campuses, across the street from the JHU Eastern (administration) campus where the Eastern-JHMI shuttle runs
