This beautiful fully furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our historic Charles Village row home. Kitchen is stocked with kitchen essentials, new retro style appliances, and some charming vintage finds. The spacious living room boasts... large windows, a comfy sectional, study desk with an ergonomic task chair, and a Roku TV. Bedroom includes a queen bed, Ghost bed mattress, a vintage dresser, and a closet. A washer and dryer are located in the basement and use is shared with owners. There's central A/C + gas radiator heat. Heat/air conditioning, electricity/gas, water, internet, and monthly cleaning service are included with rent.

The home is owner-occupied on the first 2 floors and basement. We, the owners, are a married couple in our early 40s. We both work from home in the design and technology fields, respectively, and one of us is a part-time DrPH student at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. We don't have any pets, and we are a queer-affirming, smoke-free, household.

Please note that there is not a separate entrance to the apartment; entrance and stairwell through the home are shared with the owners. But, there is a door/lock to the apartment on the 3rd floor.

Charles Village is a walkable historic neighborhood with beautiful architecture and easy access to conveniences, green spaces, and culture-- CVS, fast casual eateries, Streets grocery store, Wyman Park, Homewood campus, year round farmers' market, Peabody Heights Brewery, Blueprint Cafe, Bird in Hand Coffee, Red Emma's Bookstore, Baltimore Museum of Art, and more. It is also centrally located and walkable to other great neighborhoods in North Baltimore like Remington, Hampden, and the Station North Arts District.
