Great Condo one Block off from Homewood Campus
Large private room and bath in a 2b/2b condo is available mid April. The condo is fully furnished, all you have to bring is your mattress and personal items. Building's front entry is manned 24/7 and acts as a concierge for packages ect. Building is... locate one block from campus, and 2.5 blocks from campus bookstore, shops and places to eat in the very walkable Charles Village area. The JHU bus has a stop in front of the building. The building has an elevator, laundry, a gym, a summer roof top pool and parking if available (at additional cost). The rent includes the utilities except for half of the wifi which runs about $25/pp. Room has a double bed platform, desk, chair and light as well as 2 very large closets. The bathroom has recently had the tub/shower completely redone.
Other room is occupied by a 2nd year PhD student. He is seeking a graduate student as a room mate, preferable male but open to discuss. Someone responsible and respectful. The building is a no smoking building. No pets allowed. It's a great locations with very nice amenities. The unit is a corner unit with great view day and night from the balcony.
