Home in great neighborhood by campus

Hello, I am a JHU grad student looking for someone interested in leasing a room in my house. The house is in Remington, roughly a 10 minute walk from campus. The vacant bedroom is shown below. It is a 9ft x 9ft space and comes with a small closet.... Monthly rent is $750, utilities (water, electricity, internet) not included. The whole house is furnished except for the vacant bedroom. Upstairs bathroom will be shared with one other person. Kitchen equipment and utensils are free to use. We have a laundry machine, dryer, and plenty of storage space in the basement. Free street parking available. Lease available anytime after July 1st.
