I am looking to relet my room for a June 1st move-in! Lease takeover terms are from 6/1/2025 - 5/21/2026 with the option to renew. It's a great opportunity to live at Hopkins House without having to pay the full price of this type of apartment which... is a few hundred $ more for a new unit.

Current roommate (Male, Hopkins PhD student) is super chill and clean.

Bedroom:
- Note: Bedroom does NOT come furnished. The rest of the apartment does.
- Spacious and you will have your own bathroom with a tub right outside the bedroom.
- The balcony wraps around to the bedroom so you have direct access from your room.
- Extra closet right outside bedroom if you need more space.

Apartment:
- 1,325 sq. ft.
- Kitchen has all the amenities: gas stovetop/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and blender. We also have plates, knives, spices and cooking utensils.
- Living room comes fully furnished and there is a standing whiteboard as well.
- Beautiful floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors wrap around the whole apartment, including a personal balcony-makes for beautiful sunsets. Beautiful trees can be seen in all directions through the windows which makes it feel really cozy.

Building:
- Building is very safe with a quiet community.
- Building has a pool, gym, laundry room with smart machines, bike storage room, and secure package center with phone notifications to let you know when you have a package
- Very well managed with great maintenance, never had any issues and are very prompt for maintenance requests.
- Access keys to the building and building amenities are provided via phone application making it convenient and easy.
- Hopkins Market is directly accessible from inside the building.
- Parking is an option and is assigned if you request it with the leasing office.
