Terrible electric vehicle charging- would not recommend. A big draw of living here are access to level 2 chargers for my electric vehicle. Unfortunately there are no rules governing these 3 available spots. So often two residents- a volvo SUV and a Ford sedan will often park at the chargers for days to weeks at a time, blocking access to the chargers, and stay plugged in that whole time despite already being fully charged. Management has been made aware and no plan to enforce 4hr charge limits... or ticket these drivers. Basically leaves one spot open for general customers of the shops and the residents to fight over.

Just toured the new apartments, and I was WOWed. The lobby is amazing, and so are all the other amenities, like the pool, club room, and fitness center. Can't wait to move in here. Kim, the manager, was super friendly, and helpful, but not pushy. They really helped me sort out which floor plan would suit me best.So many awesome views! The best part is Starbucks right out side my door! I'm addicted!

Pros: 1) Nice area and seems like a good building as it is a newly built building 2) floor plans are great for the price. 3) Parking is only 75 bucks which is pretty reasonable for Baltimore area 4) Close to the retail market stores, actually sits on top of em! 5) Friendly staff but VERY slow.
Cons: 1) Undertrained staff, most of the time they don't know what they are doing. I am not even sure if I am talking to a leasing professional. For every questions asked, they say that they have to... confirm with the manager. NEVER SPOKEN TO THE MANAGER! 2) Less photographs of the apartment and amenities but more of pictures those don't look real to me. 3) The staff is too slow to follow up. In the process of signing the lease with them but they don't seem to care, so I am planning to SIGN A LEASE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I wonder if this is how they treat their prospective residents, how do they respond to maintenance issues on site.
