Located on the second floor, this cozy, rear-facing bedroom measures 12 by 10 ft and comes fully furnished with a twin size bed, dresser, desk, and chair. The closet is 5 ft in width, offering plenty of space for clothing and storage. The room has a skylight at the entrance and gets plenty of natural light. Just outside the bedroom in the hallway is the designated private bathroom, which has a tub shower, toilet, and vanity sink. Have the convenience of laundry on your floor with the shared stacked washer and dryer unit in the hallway just outside of your bedroom. This is a single occupancy suite for one individual only. Mandala Suite ($1,200/month): Available August 1, 2024. Located on the second floor, this large, front-facing master bedroom suite measures 13 by 12 ft and gets plenty of natural sunlight. The bedroom is fully furnished with a full size bed, nightstand, vanity dresser, desk, and chair. With a spacious closet 6 ft in width, there is plenty of room for clothing and storage. The en-suite private bathroom contains a toilet, vanity sink, and standing shower with glass doors. This suite offers plenty of privacy as it is across the hallway opposite of Suite B. Have the convenience of laundry on your floor with the shared stacked washer and dryer unit in the hallway just outside of your bedroom. This is a single-occupancy suite for one individual only.
