5. The Apt is a 5-minute walk from the beach or Milton S Eisenhower Library / JHU Homewood Campus, 5 minutes from all the shops and stores on Saint Paul Street. Safe area, with students living all around.
6. The apartment building has a shared washer and dryer which we pay for per use.
