Looking for someone to take over a lease from now until June 2025.

This is a lovely 4-bedroom townhome located in Upper Fells! We are within walking distance of the East Baltimore medical campus, Patterson Park, and Fells Point/ Harbor East. We are... looking for 1 roommate to lease 1 private bedrooms with their own attached full bathrooms and walk-in closets. Must be LGBTQ-friendly :). Lease is 12 months and starts May 31st.

This is a four-story townhome located within a gated courtyard. The first floor has the first bedroom and a private 2-car garage.

The second floor has a furnished open living space, kitchen, and half-bath. The third floor contains 2 bedrooms and a washer/dryer. The first bedroom for rent is on the third floor, and rent is $773. This bedroom has its own private bathroom. The fourth floor has the final bedroom and 2 balconies at the front and back of the house facing the city.

You'd be joining me, a postdoc at Hopkins, a research coordinator at JHH and a young professional in finance. We are easygoing, fun, and clean people who like to go to the gym, have movie nights, and also occasionally go out with friends :) If you have any questions or are interested in the available room please message me to schedule in-person or virtual tours.
