I have a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house and I rent the primary room that has private bath. The house is 102 years old and on a lovely tree lined street within easy walking distance to Homewood campus, the shuttle, Charles Village, Waverly Farmers... Market, etc. IMPORTANT NOTE: There are 2 resident cats - Pickle and Squirt.
The room is furnished with a full sized bed, table, mini fridge, microwave, dresser, and a closet. The bathroom is an en suite.
Rent is $780/month. I will consider any length of lease and will negotiate on amount of security deposit required dependent on your length of stay.
It has been a very rewarding and enriching experience to welcome international students and professionals to my home I am firm that you are a non-smoker, and no partying. We are a low-key, quiet household.
