Park Place, one open room with free laundry included
Hello my name is Ryan Peterson, and I am a second year master's student studying French horn performance at the Peabody Conservatory. I currently live in apartment #6 in the Park Place Complex. This unit has one bedroom open as my current roommate is... moving out. The space has a kitchen with an oven, microwave, and fridge included. In addition there is one bathroom outside of the common area. The air conditioner and heater units are all adjustable by temperature with settings for hot and cold. If you are a prospective or current Peabody student I highly recommend this space as it is a 5 minute walk from the conservatory and a 6 minute walk to the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Trash and recycling services are paid for, just know that electric and internet is paid separately from the rent. While I am encouraging Peabody students to check out this space, I am also opening the door to JHU students outside of Peabody. Do know that I value having a clean space and a tidy common living area, but I am not a neat freak and I understand that sometimes the semester can get really busy. Also, as much as I love animals, I cannot have pets and especially cats in this apartment because I am allergic to them. One of the greatest highlights of this property is that it has free laundry units (2 washers and 2 dryers). The apartment is not furnished so you will have to take care of that on your own. If you have any questions you can text me at (717-894-8563) and I will be happy to answer any questions!
