I am a male 2nd year graduate student, shuffling back and forth between the School of Medicine and Homewood campus daily. I am looking for one roommate to occupy the 2nd room of a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. Ideally only looking for only one... roommate to share the space. The house is fully furnished and so is the room available for rent. There is a shared office/plant room space available as well (3rd bedroom). It is 2 blocks away from the JHMI Homewood-Hopkins North Ave. shuttle stop.
The house is situated in the West Greenmount neighborhood near Gilford Hall. The back of the house opens onto a native pollinator garden kept up by members of the community. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with pocket parks and lots converted into green spaces.

I have a 6 year old chocolate Labrador who mostly naps all day and is a great guard dog. ADT security surveillance is also installed in the home. LGTBQ+ friendly. Send me a message and we can set up a zoom chat. Thanks!
