Rowhouse in Charles Village - looking for a 3rd roommate (Shared Housing)

My roommate and I, both 3rd year PhD students in physics at JHU, are looking for a third roommate starting August 21st or later. The lease is already signed between the two of us and goes from 8/21/2025 to 8/20/2026.

Bay Property Management Group is... our management company and the third roommate will need to go through their screening process before being added to the lease, which they charge $40. The room available is the purple one (see pictures). It is about 12 by 11 feet. The rent is $690 for that room, with the total rent for the house being $2100. Utilities are typically between $50 and $100 a month per person.

My roommate and I are both fairly social and busy. We are out of the house often and occasionally have friends over. We also both have significant others living far away who come visit about once every two months. Both of us are very clean and like to keep the house, especially the kitchen, organized and free of clutter, so we are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

Finally, both of us and many of our friends are part of the LGBTQ+ community, so we are looking for a roommate who's supportive, respectful, and comfortable being part of an inclusive space.
