House sits on the northern Charles Village border, with Oakenshawe and Guildford neighborhoods directly out the back door. Great for nice green safe walks or jogs! Out the front door is the bustling area of Charles Village (and 2 blocks to the east is the year-round Sat morning Waverly Farmers Market!).

There are 2.5 total bathrooms in the house.
