I am a postdoc at Johns Hopkins looking to sublease my entire 1 bedroom apartment for the winter break (on or after Dec 8 to on or before Jan 24). The rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, wifi, etc.). The apartment is fully furnished with... a large L-Shaped couch, chair, LG smart TV, dining table and dining chairs, pots/pans and cooking utensils, a Full-sized Helix mattress, a large desk, and large closet space. Amenities include laundry in basement; Gym at Lobby Level; a multi-purpose room at Lobby Level; a dedicated package room; and a computer center with printers. Most importantly, the apartment is a ten-minute walk to Penn Station for easy access to DC or the Hopkins shuttle; there is also street and paid parking at the property. There is a dedicated Zipcar parked right in front.

Throughout my PhD I have subleased my apartment (in New York) many times, and am familiar with OCHA. Ideally, I am looking for a graduate student, postdoc, or faculty with experience and knowledge of subleasing, maintaining clean spaces, and respecting others' furniture/belongings.
