Sunny room in 2 bed 2 bath home right by the farmers market!

Hi! I’m Magdalen (28F),

I’m renting out a cute, sunny bedroom in my 2 bed 2 full bath home. Amenities include central heat and A/C, washer and dryer, easy street parking, WIFI, and cute front and backyard. The location is great, just a short walk to... a cafe, bookstores, grocery stores, ACE hardware, and the farmer’s market.

The house isn’t big, but it has an airy, high ceilinged first floor, and your room gets beautiful light all day. It also features a large walk in closet (like you could probably fit a small bed in there). I just bought the house, and I’m loving turning it into a colorful home!

Current roommate (me), is a 28y/o queer afab person. I’m very clean, and am looking for the same. I’m generally quiet and chill, though I like having people over to hang out or make things. I also have a labradoodle named Pancho and he’s the best!

I would prefer a roommate who isn’t always home during the day, but if it’s the right fit, I’m open. Unfortunately no cats, dogs considered. I’m looking for a roommate asap. Women and AFAB folks preferred!
