The Academy on Charles

It takes 3 minutes to walk from Jhu's north gate to the rented room of Academy 3b3b for a female student. The monthly rent is 1650, including furniture, water, electricity and internet.
You can move in at any time. The lease expires on July 31, 2026... .
Since most of the time is spent near the public health center, it was decided to move to the area around the medical school. Now I'm looking for a tenant.
Location: 3700 N Charles st, 21218. It's the closest apartment to the school's north gate. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the north gate, just across the street. It's about 7 minutes' walk from the school's gym. You can reach the bus stop in 5 minutes by foot downstairs. It's convenient and very safe.
Roommates: Everyone is very nice, warm-hearted and easy to talk to. They communicate well with each other. They are all Jhu students, one is a master's student and the other is a doctoral student. Usually, everyone stays in their own room and respects each other, leaving personal space.
Rent: Water, electricity and internet fees are all included. There are no additional hidden charges.
Facilities: Room 3b3b is the quietest location. It's not on the same side as the other two rooms. There's an entire living room separated from it (the room layout is a schematic diagram, and the specific layout may have slight differences, but they are basically the same). It has a separate bathroom, indoor washing and drying facilities, a microwave oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, and complete furniture. You can move in with just your bags. The two-door access control is super secure. There are dedicated points and delivery cabinets for packages, and takeout is delivered downstairs. The apartment provides an email box and a parking space. There is a public Apple desktop computer, coffee machine, printer (the apartment has already created an account and has a 15-dollar free quota that can be used for a very long time), and a water dispenser on the first floor. There is also a lounge area on the first floor, including a sofa, billiards table. On the 11th floor, there is a free gym, and on the roof, there is an outdoor rest area with sofas, seats and reclining chairs.
