Definitely not luxury as advertised. Lots of surprise fees. Slow maintenance.
8 months ago, maintenance replaced our bedroom blinds with a much smaller version, leaving a margin of window uncovered on 3 sides. They closed the maintenance ticket. I reopened it. They closed it again. 8 months later, we still have a bedroom window (facing an interior courtyard) where the blinds do not cover the window.
Also, you'll find they are very heavy handed with fees and fines. Our lease allows the fitzgerald to charge $25 per month that we fail to maintain renter's insurance. On 22 January, the policy we had on file expired and we received an email asking us to update our documentation. 10 days later we were charged $50. Lease allows for $25 fine per month. Fitzgerald charged $50 for 10 days. Additionally, our policy did not lapse. This was a simple matter of us sending the updated policy docs.
In summary, the Fitzgerald fined us $50 for responding in 10 days with renter's insurance documents while at the same time taking 8 months to resolve a very simple maintenance request. Have sent multiple emails to the leasing office as well. Hopeful we can get to a resolution before we move out in August.

Thank you for taking the opportunity to speak with us about your concerns in person recently. As we explained, the blinds need for your window are currently backordered but we are working on getting them replaced as quickly as possible and sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience that this has caused.
When renters insurance expires, our system is set to automatically add charges on a monthly basis, if you feel that these charges were inaccurately billed, we would be happy to review your account with you.

Stress free move in
I moved here in April and I can say this was the most stress free move ever. The staff was and has been patient effective and understanding. They have always assisted when I needed. Maintenance has been very attentive and punctual…. I love it here…..The PM and staff have made this the easiest and most comfortable place to live
