I strongly advise against renting at this apartment complex. They have a rigid policy against early lease termination, which is incredibly frustrating if you need to move for work or personal reasons. In my case, due to family matters, I had to relocate to a different state and notified the management just one day after signing the lease, before even moving in. I offered to pay a fee for breaking the lease, but they refused, insisting I find someone to take over the lease.
I did find two... potential tenants, but both were given incorrect information by the management, causing them to back out. Despite this, I was still told to continue searching for replacements, even though the issue was entirely on their end. As a result, I’m stuck paying rent for an apartment I’ve never lived in, while residing in another state.
To make matters worse, the maintenance service is slow and unreliable. I reported several issues when I first visited the apartment, but it took them an unreasonable amount of time just to acknowledge the request via email. Since I never moved in, I don’t even know if those problems were ever addressed. The staff’s uncooperative and dismissive attitude towards maintenance requests only adds to the frustration.
Overall, the poor communication, lack of flexibility, and subpar maintenance make this a terrible place to live. Do yourself a favor and find a more accommodating and responsive apartment complex elsewhere.

This. Place. Effing. Sucks. Dirty, smelly, and crappy. Crappy management. Crappy building upkeep. Crappy everything. Unfortunately, there was no "negative stars" option, or I would have given it a negative 86 stars.

Pros: building placement perfect for dining, going to university, and access to malls/night-life, amenities floor is enjoyable, comes fully furnished (great appliances and good furniture), holds community activities, very friendly staff
Cons: Poor management by staff, nonchalance about issues regarding maintenance, Whole Foods still incomplete months after it was promised to be done, room sizes smaller than advertised, unnecessary processing fees overpriced parking passes, regulated amenity... floor use like a dorm.
Overall: Great place to live for a short commute to the university and the clubs if you have residual income to burn. However, if you’re a struggling college student, consider a place that invests as much care into their “luxury apartments” as much as they advertise on social media.
