This is an owner occupied three-story Victorian property on a Baltimore City Historical Block on a quiet street in Waverly. It is an easy walk to the JHU campus which I did while earning my M.A. in psycholinguistics. A variety of family styles from... traditional to alternative live in the neighborhood and on the block.
Dedicated rooms include a living room, bed room, walkin closet, and bathroom. The kitchen is on the first floor and shared with the owner and adult son who has his own apartment in the basement.
I am a professor at Ascension Theological College, U.S.A. and am the Dean of St. Bonaventure College of FranciscanStudies in Australia.
Additinally, my 2,500 volume library comprised of multiple disciplines is available on the first floor and I also have a fitness center grade Cybex Arch Trainer avaiable for use on the first floor.
