House currently houses grad student and their partner with two cats and a dog (pitbull-dalmatian). Cats can become accustomed to other cats, they prefer dogs, though. Dog is protective but is gentle with cats and likes to play with dogs. Pets considered i.e. must see if animals get along. Small dogs are completely fine as cats have experience with them.

House is very large with tall ceilings. Entrances are within the garage or front door. We have Ring surveillance all over for safety. Rooms available are the back room on ground floor with it's own bathroom (the bathroom connects to a separate room though that may be used as another shared living space) and the upstairs bedroom next to the master with its own bathroom, all with modern appliances. Both rooms have their own mattress and frame, a queen and double twin, respectively. Shared living spaces throughout the house. Shoes must be taken off before walking in the house.

THIS IS A QUEER-FRIENDLY HOUSEHOLD, and TRANS POC will be considered a priority for move-in, if applicable.
