Welcome to Vivo Living Baltimore, a stunning apartment community in the heart of it all. Our charming apartments offer breathtaking views of the city skyline, providing a truly unique and unforgettable Baltimore living experience.
It was a good and affordable place in downtown Baltimore to live until last year. Now, the new management system is not as efficient as before. New problems are arising that didn't exist before. Once issues could easily be solved with one message, now, solving minor problems is a tiring challenge, in a place that is aimed to be for residents' rest and comfort. Residents welfare and comfort is not a priority in practice!
