The management will not get back to you if you have a problem. I have called them countless times during their business hours for them to not pick up. I’ve never once had them call me back after leaving a voicemail. Their emails don’t match what they tell you over the phone. DONT LIVE HERE

Construction year round including DURING FINALS, moving us from apartments DURING FINALS. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU ARE A STUDENT. they do not care about you or your need for studying/work space. Constant construction noise and last-minute notice for everything. During finals last semester they told me the DAY BEFORE that I could not enter/leave my apartment from 8am to 5pm- I have 2 finals that day (one I had to go in for and one I was supposed to take from home). absolutely horrible for... students- they do not respect you as students and the HUGE price is NOT WORTH IT- they are NOT flexible about anything at all.

The Wifi is incredibly slow. And I don't mean a little sluggish, I mean you better get unlimited data on your phone and buy an ethernet cable for your laptop. We bought a nice WiFi router and it still won't even load a single web page. The security guard thing is a stretch. They only have security guards at the desk maybe once a week. And rarely on the weekends. Good luck with maintenance. They will come in and look at a problem, leave, come back, and leave again and say they fixed it without... doing anything. They also never clean up after themselves when they actually work on something. The "luxury appliances" are hardly functional. The oven takes at least 20 minutes to heat up, the "leather" couches are ripped up, the hardwood floors are peeling, the circuit breaker blows about twice a month. The water heat has two settings: cold and scalding hot. There is literally no in between. For some reason, a shared two bedroom unit (for four people) only has three closets? One of the rooms has two and the other only has one. Why does that make sense? The nice amenities they have consist of a gym that has a capacity of 6 people, a tanning bed that is out of order 90% of the time, and coffee that is only available during desk hours (9am-6pm on weekdays and closed on weekends). Overall, this apartment is not worth the price in the slightest.
