This is a third floor rental of our end of unit row home. Our family lives on the first and second floor of the row home.
The third floor unit is fully furnished with all you need! The first bedroom is complete with a queen bed, work desk,... dresser, smart tv, and sofa. The second bedroom includes a convection oven/air fryer, dishes, counter space, dining table, fridge/freezer, sofa, exercise bike, free weights, yoga mat and blocks, and a row machine. Both rooms have a large walk in closet with lots of storage space if needed. The unit also includes a full size private bath with a large clawfoot bath and large rain shower head.
Laundry for towels and bedding is provided as well as washing of dishes and light housekeeping (vacuum/dusting) once a week. For personal laundry there is access to a full size washer and dryer in the basement for use and includes laundry detergent.
There is a large front porch and small bistro table in the backyard.
The unit is a beautiful and short walk to Johns Hopkins Homewood campus.
