Apartment building in mount vernon near JHMI bus stop

If you don't have a place in mind, I currently am leasing a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2-floor apartment in Mount Vernon with:
Pros:
- in-unit laundry and dryer
- stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher
- 5 min walk to Peabody JHMI shuttle bus-stops, and...
in the accessible zone for both the Homewood and East Baltimore on-demand blue jay shuttles.
- Central air and heating
- Maintenance responds very quickly!
Cons:
- about four flights upstairs with no elevator

Total rent each month + utilities is about $760/person if there are four of us.

All three of my current roommates are leaving (graduating or needing a place closer to their campus). So I would be looking for at least 3 others to sign the 12-month lease with me for the place starting July 1st, 2025.

But again, if you find somewhere you think is better, let me know!
