I like that amenities are actively being updated such as the package delivery area and the pool area. Maintenance services are much more attentive and responsive too.

It is like living a 5 star hotel ! Everything is clean and the staff is super freindly and professional.
The gym is perfect for a early morning or late night workout without leaving the building.

Love the apartment, maintenance is always timely and friendly. I enjoy the community events they hold for holidays and engagement. The only downside is that there is a bit of disorganization and delay on the property management side of things. I am sure once they overcome the difficulties of transitioning, they will be able to better serve their tenants.
