We have lived here for 4 months now and it’s has been nothing short of a great experience thanks to the staff members. Everyone is friendly, professional, and available to assist any resident needs. Michelle has been professional and responsive to all our questions starting when we first moved in. I would also like to shout out the maintenance team for their service. Walter was one of the first maintenance employees we met and he was professional, timely, welcoming and responsive to any... maintenance requests we have. Also, the cleaning ladies do an amazing job at maintaining the building clean! Highly recommend anyone interested in moving to Baltimore.

Apartments are clean, quiet, and secure. Ease of package room and on site parking are also real benefits. Close to a lot of great restaurants and bars.

I have lived here for almost two years and while I’ve had some hiccups with maintenance and maintenance requests the staff have been wonderful and accommodating. Even if someone messes up they always are good to fix it. I’ve loved living here and just resigned my lease
