I love this community. It has been a paradise and a place of peace. Even with my personal challenges impacting bill payment, I have experienced kindness while still being informed of the facts and procedures. That is especially helpful for anyone facing challenges they could not hav predicted or controlled while still striving to course correct.

The area that the building is located in a great area. There nearby transportation and parks with easy access to downtown. Also Larry who is a maintenance worker is fantastic.

It's a nice place to call home and so close to my job what more can I asked for love it here and there are so really nice people in the building I just don't like the animals to much but all it's good happy to be at Renew Mt Vernon nice place to live

Overall pretty good living here. A great location and a quiet neighborhood for being in the city. Has a great window view and very close to local shops and parks.

I lived here for two years back when it was still Sutton Place. Since the management company changed, this has become one of the best apartments near MICA.
The building has a large swimming pool and a brand-new gym, and the staff are very friendly, especially toward MICA students.
Mr. Larry deserves special praise — he’s one of the kindest people I’ve met. My mom, who doesn’t speak English, once got stuck in the elevator, and Larry still understood her and helped her out right away. He also... notices when residents haven’t picked up their packages in a while, and sometimes even delivers them straight to your door.
