looking for someone to move in May 1st to fill a room in our 1650sqft, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom row home in Charles Village! The location is about a 5 minute walk to Motzi Bread, 10 minute stroll to Peabody brewery, 15 minute trek to Hopkins University... & 15 minutes to the 32nd street farmers market. The home has a covered front porch that is perfect for soaking in the sun & is located directly across the street from a small neighborhood garden! You would be living with 3 young professional women & a small, sweet, old man dog named Malandro.

The room is on the second floor & includes a closet and window that brings in lots of natural light. One roommate has a private bath and the other has a partial bath so you’ll largely only be sharing the bathroom with 1 female. Amenities in the house include a dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, central air, & a fenced in backyard space. There is ample street parking if you plan to bring a car.

Rent is $540.00 per month. Bge, water, and internet are not included but average out to be between $100-$150 depending on the time of year (heat/ AC).
