Exceptionally beautiful and spacious apartment close to Homewood

The apartment is very spacious. I am looking for one post-doctoral fellow, graduate student, or undergraduate to share the apartment with. This person will have their own private bathroom. Total number of occupants will be two.

The condos are... located in the Tuscany-Canterbury neighborhood which is quite safe and beautiful. The area is covered by the JHU shuttle and van services.

The dates are negotiable but ideally beginning third week of June, 2026.

There will be one resident cat but additional pets are not allowed. I am looking for a roommate who likes cats and can once in a while cat-sit while I am away for a few days.

There are hardwood floors and beautiful rugs.

This apartment is part of the Gardens of Guilford condominiums. It is on the top floor (third) which makes it full of light. There is a huge sun room with 10 windows, 5 on each side. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated.

It is a 10 minute walk to the Rotunda shopping center and to the Homewood campus. The neighborhood is leafy and includes the Stony Run park and stream.

It is fully furnished and the tenant will not need to buy or bring anything. The apartment and the architecture of the buildings are exceptionally beautiful. The buildings are around a courtyard with a wonderful garden.There is free parking in the courtyard.

All utilities are included in the price. Monthly wi-fi is also included in the rent price. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
