Room in beautiful renovated Remington Rowhome!

Hello! I am renting a room in my beautiful Remington rowhome. It is on a quiet block in a fabulous community. Walking distance to JHU Homewood, R. House, as well as many cafes and restaurants. and It is accessible to other parts of the city, and a... short 20 minute walk to Penn Station.

Non smokers only, and small dogs considered on a case by case basis (I have a small dog, and they have to be able to get along!). I am flexible with lease terms. You have access to all shared areas of the home, and your bedroom includes an outdoor patio area. All utilities included in rental price.

There is currently a queen sized bed frame (no mattress) in the room, can be removed at request, or used by renter.
