Summer Sublet in Nine East 33rd Near JHU Homewood Campus

Hello! I will be subletting my room in Nine East 33rd Apartments. This room is in a 4B2Br, with suitemates who will likely not be here over the summer (so most likely will be a single).

The apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the Johns Hopkins... Homewood campus, as well as right next to various shops and restaurants on St. Paul Street.

It comes fully furnished with an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a spacious closet in the room. The apartment also gets a lot of natural sunlight! The building itself has a gym, many study lounges, and a beautiful terrace where you can tan or hang out.

The price ($1400) is negotiable! I'd be happy to waive utility costs if you are looking to sublet for the majority of the summer.
